The ride, not just the specs
Point it downhill.
Slash is built for big descents, rough terrain, and enduro days. It's long, stable, and calm when the trail gets wild.
If you climb for the best way down, this is the one.

Made for the steep and rowdy.
Slash+ 9.7 is a rowdy mid-assist e-MTB built to take on big lines, long days, and everything in between. A TQ HPR 60 motor with a 580Wh battery delivers smooth, natural-feeling support on the ups without compromising ride feel on the downs. It’s built around a rugged OCLV Mountain Carbon frame and spec’d with a SRAM Eagle 70 T-Type 12-speed drivetrain, SRAM DB 8 brakes, and a Fox Rhythm 38 fork paired with a Fox Performance Float X shock for confident control when the trail gets spicy.

What makes it special

Slash's high main pivot allows the axle to move rearward as the suspension compresses, so the back wheel moves with the force from bumps and gets out of the way faster. On the trail, it feels ultra-smooth while maintaining more momentum with insane traction.

Slash+'s oversized upper idler not only eliminates pedal kickback caused by high pivot suspension, but its size and position also give you just the right amount of anti-squat for efficient pedaling. The integrated lower chain guide takes chain tension off the derailleur, so you get smoother shifting and suspension performance.

You get a 29" front wheel for monster truckin' over stuff, with a smaller 27.5" wheel out back for getting rowdy.

“Pinkbike's 2024 eMTB of the Year”
Slash+ might just be the best eMTB I've ridden to date, with a balanced feel that doesn't feel overly heavy or sluggish, all while providing all the high-speed truckin' capabilities you want out of a long-travel e-bike

“especially fun bike in the steep, chunky terrain”
I realize that there is a lot to digest here. Would I enjoy a mid-power ebike, particularly on a long travel platform? Is the high pivot as awesome as the hype? Solid yes to both of those questions.

“Slash+ is a standout descender”
Slash+ feels like something between a regular bike and full power eMTB — and it’s ultimately a more intuitive descender as a result.
